What we Offer

Life Energy Fitness is a community driven space that caters to all fitness levels and age groups. At our Gym we offer group training sessions from Monday to Saturday.

The Training

We offer group training with a focus on building strength, endurance, movement and overall health and fitness. Our training is structured into scheduled sessions, each designed to target specific goals. These sessions are available at selected times throughout the day, allowing participants to work within defined timeframes in a gym environment. This approach ensures personalized attention and a targeted training experience without the structure of traditional classes.

Our gym floor classes include both Strength and Turf Conditioning sessions, which run simultaneously, giving you the option to choose each time you book.

Strength sessions are designed to target muscle development through resistance focused training. Turf Conditioning sessions combine strength and endurance exercises to also boost cardiovascular fitness while improving overall strength, offering a dynamic, full body workout. To complement these sessions, we’ve included a designated recovery and cool down area to help you relax and recover properly after each workout.

In addition to our gym floor sessions, we offer Pilates classes throughout the week in our dedicated studio space. These sessions focus on enhancing full body strength, core strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness making them an ideal complement to your strength and conditioning training.

We understand the challenges parents face when it comes to prioritising fitness, which is why we offer a creche during our morning classes.
